Hi. I have an interview tomorrow and one of the areas of responsibility is running and management of (graduate) assessments centres.

Welcome input from individuals who have experience of running them and suggestions for useful articles, websites etc. so that I can get a handle on how and why they are used, the content and operations, results, etc.
