Last year we TUPE-transferred a number of employees into the company. Some had an existing benefit of car cash allowance and fuel card, which were grandfathered to them.
Existing employees in the company at the same level are not entitled to this benefit and are not likely to in the future.
How long are the TUPE-transferred employees eligible to receive this additional benefit?
What if they move to a new role in the Company – does the entitlement transfer with them or can their benefits be equalised with others at the same level?
