Given this: http://www.rospa.com/roadsafety/info/workmobiles.pdf, should companies ban the use of phones when driving, and/or if a company supplies a hands feee kit, is it not implicitly requiring an employee to make calls whilst driving and thus diminishing their ability to drive properly?
