i have failed my probation and my employer intends to dismiss me i am dyslexic and when i first started i gave my report to H.R. based on my dyslexia and i asked for reasonable ajustments they said none were requred then i got access to work to come out and they advised what should be put in place and cost for which 80% would be paid by access to work. my employer will not take advise and to give me the reasonable ajustments. i also came to job inexperiance and they have compared my work to someone that has 3 years experiance over me in my report at end of probation is this discrimination ?
