Help with Appraisal Assignment

I work for a Construction company and I started studying towards CIPD’s PDS qualification.  Having come across my first assignment which I have decided to focus on Performance reviews/ Appraisals I need to look at comparisons with another company within the same industry.

Unfortunately the company that I was hoping would give me a hand with this, do not seem to be getting back to me and so i’m starting to struggle.

Would anyone be willing to give me a bit of a hand with this and just answer a few questions?
