My sister-in-law has been signed off by her GP since the end of December last year. She has asked her employer about her holiday pay, they have indicated that she has 8 days that had accrued up to the end of December but they can not legally pay this whilst she is off sick. Is this the case please.
Also does her holiday entitlement continue to accrue whilst she is still signed off.
Any advise on the matter would be appreciated.
