We have a minuted agreement between previous managers & staff relating to pay for days spent in training. New managers want to overturn this agreement. They have not used the union/managers forum which meets monthly to introduce this change but issued it as a dictat. The managers now have a putative grievance from 2 unions on their hands. How solid is the concept of C& P?
