HR Business Partner /HR Manager

I am currently working as HR Manager on a contract which ends in August, so I am now beginning to look for work.

I am thinking about looking for a HR Business Partner role as well as HR Manager, but I wonder if there is a big difference between the two roles?

Is there anyone that can clarify this?
