I am currently working for an SME and completing my CIPD management report. I am conducting an investigation into HR strategy and its alignment with the business strategy, and would be grateful for any examples of an HR strategy, or input into developing and establishing a strategy, particularly within smaller organisations with a relatively new HR function. A lot to ask but I’m hopeful!

I’d be grateful for any input and would welcome a discussion.
