Interested to hear your ideas on a good HRIS. Purpose is to manage “general” HR stuff – Employee Details etc

Also should be able to set up reminders of review dates, probation periods and send emails to relevant managers and staff.

Big part of it would be to act as a skills database and manage this function. Need to be able to store employee skills, depth of experience in the area and number of years performed at etc. And then run reports on this.
