A formal grievance has been raised regarding bullying. A full investigation has shown that the episodes between specific indivuals have been going on for years. It looks as if each employee plays a part in provoking the other until the situation escalates.
Whilst we can look at disciplinary routes etc, I’m trying to explore some more constructive approaches that will help two good performers learn to work together in a manner sufficient to avoid the tensions, rows, flare-up and upset that have occurred over previous years.
The situation has become intolerable and needs resolving in a practical way.
Any advice, information or experience from valued HR professionals out there?
Thank you
