I am currently undertaking a review of the interim and end of probation process with particular attention to the forms we use. Reviews are currently conducted at one month and three months and a generic form is used for completion at both stages.

The current process seems to be working for junior recruits but needs to be more in depth for more senior members of staff.

Does anyone use separate forms for this purpose or do your companies also use a generic form for all roles? I would be really grateful if you could share with me the forms that you use so that I can benchmark ours against what other companies are currently using for this purpose.
