Help needed…
I am looking for resources and/or great tips for setting up a brand-aligned organisation. Most companies are aware of the fact that brand leadership does create shareholder value. However, I am not too clear WHAT you can do to support the external branding with internal alignment in order to create full brand leadership. (and then again, I read that companies get accused of harrassment because they hired only people who were representing their brand values: young, hip, flexible, etc.)
