Hello all,

Have any of you lovely people ever been involved in an interviewing process where the team as well as the manager had a part to play?

The thought process in my organisation is that if the team help ‘pick’ the candidate, the team will feel they have more of a stake in the new starters success and in turn this will help retention.

If you have any comments or previous experience of this I would be eternally grateful.
