Can anyone help me with a dilemma I have, a candidate for a job which requires testing, arrived today to say that they have a disability and we cannot discriminate against them. I understand the DDA, however, we have doubts as to whether the person is being honest with us, as this was not a problem or mentioned during the interview stages. I have asked advice from many sources, but am struggling as they are all different.

Are we as a business within our rights to ask for proof of dyslexia?
