I have worked for a company for three years and during that time staff have been allowed to listen to the radio when working in the cash department. A new manager took over two months now and wants to stop this, can it be challenged, considering this practice does not interrupt staff from working and moreover, it is a stessful environment to work in. Hence, this practise relieves that stress some what.
