We are in the process of posting all our jobs on-line, advertising vacancies for other offices thorughout Europe for the review of any applicant. Before this is implimented, I need to have a look at what other companys have in place for a standard job application, standard job descriptions and job specifications. The focus may be on qualities, skills, competancies, split into desirable and essential requirements. Perhaps a standard application form to see what would make a good format for our company to use. Please help!
