I have a staff member who cannot get to work on time. This continual lateness is now impacting heavily upon the members of the team he works with.
He tells me he has been diagnosed with Sleep Apnoea.
I want to contact his doctor to check the diagnosis and also find out what we need to do to support him.
Are there some standard words that I need to use to ask the doctor the question of how do we resolve this?
Staff member works very hard and is desperate for this to work. I want to find a way through this for him.
Can you help with a form of words to the doctor so they don’t think I want to get rid of my excellent staff member.
