I am currently putting together a proposal to support leadership development at senior and middle management levels in our company. Whilst I’m fairly confident with the middle management part, this kind of training will be very new for our senior managers.
I would really appreciate any information on what companies offer in terms of training at this level i.e. days/budget per person per year and what level of programmes you offer. Do you use business schools? If so, which in your opinion offers the highest standards.
Anything you would be willing to share would be much appreciated.
