Linking Company Values to Reward

I am currently looking at linking Values/Behaviours to Reward, I have come up with some ideas but now have to back it up with some case studies. Does anybody Reward on the basis of values, know of any information resources for case studies in this area or know of companies who publicise there link on websites, etc?
