I wondered if anyone has information relating to the setting up of Maternity Clubs.
I am thinking of using such a club as a way for staff who are away on maternity leave to keep in touch with each other for support, not only on baby matters but on general company information too.
I am seeking any guidance from anyone who currently runs such a scheme.
