Men’s Casual Dress Code Help!

Hello, I appreciate you looking at my question!

I work for a lingerie company where we have approximatly 100 women and 3 men! I am sorting out the dress codes and have no idea where to start on the mens. The men work in head office which is very relaxed (jeans are the unofficial uniform!)which is fine. The problems start when they wear denim when going into the stores. This sets a bad example and looks unprofessional. Does anyone have a smart/casual mens dresscode they could share with me? I’m at a complete loss on where to start and my previosu organisation was very formal which was so much easier!
