I am writing to you all in the hope that you may be able to help me with some quick research for my dissertation project on Mentoring.

I’m looking for some qualitative information on other companies that currently have a mentoring scheme in place and their experience in implementation and usage. Specifically, I would like to ask a Company representative a couple of quick questions, on email or via telephone, regarding their Company schemes, e.g.:

– How it was set up?

– Why it was set up?

– Has it been a success in the organisation?

It really shouldn’t take too long at all.

If your company has a mentoring scheme in place, or you know of any other Company currently operating such a scheme, then I’d really appreciate it if you could forward me the details of a Company rep that I can email/call.
