I am currently involved in a mentoring programme with a local cipd delivery group. The person i am mentoring seeks a new position within HR management / training team management. She currently works in a learning and development role within the public sector and has a very specific geographical area that she seeks work in.

What we would really appreciate help with is having some HR professionals run their eye over her CV and let us know what the percieved strengths and weaknesses are and areas that she should focus on in order to achieve her short term goal.
