Over the last 18 months our company has undergone a series of acquisitions and de-mergers. This has left the staff feeling somewhat battered and bruised, after what was previously a very happy productive staff force. How can we turn this feeling around????? We have suggested a company party, but even this idea is not getting the desired response of drawing everyone together.
