Hi folks

I have a client of a small company whose got a member of staff with poor attendance at work which they claim is stress related from work. the company only have a disciplinary policy (which does allow for capability in the manager notes but not shown in main document). We are obviously concerned about how to proceed with this situation. Does anyone have any advice on how we can proceed without an agreed Capability or Sickness Management policy?
