an employee has given a months notice as required in her contract.

Her director said-you don’t want to work that long do you? why don’t you leave in two weeks?

She agreed but stated she was giving amonths notice.

The company only wants to pay her for 2 weeks less 3 days holiday taken over and above her entitlement.

Is this correct or should she be paid for the whole 4 weeks notice period less 3 days holiday?

I would be grateful for any answers with backing employment law if possible.
