Would anyone be happy to share the specification on which they operate their Occupational Health service – i.e. breadth of services offered; turnaround time of pre-employment screening, reports from physicians and scheduling of appointments; monitoring the service; penalties when PIs not met; administration of appointment system for referrals; charging – by usage or annual basis….etc.

Additionally, what are your experiences with Occupational Health generally? – do you find that OH recommendations take into consideration the employee issues and needs of the business? – Does your OH physician / nurse involve managers and / or HR when considering recommendations?
