I was wondering if anyone can provide any advice. At present I am forced to sit near a person who has very dubious personal hygiene.

Normally I would have no problems relaying this information back to the manager in question, but this staff member is definately “preferred” by management to the rest of the team.
I also feel that management would take this as a person insult towards the individual, which it is not.

I do not want to cause any tension on the team, nor do I want to put myself out of favour with the management staff, but what should I do. We have a very small team, and any other seats available are still directly next to this smelly individual.

Any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated
