In a small office, 1 full time employee and 3 part-timers – 2 of the part-timers have lodged complaints formally against the full time member of staff.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how this can be managed? Whilst grievenace proceedings are ongoing the atmosphere in the office will be difficult and the work will probably suffer.
Advice/suggestions welcomed.
