Organisational culture benchmarking

Hello All

Any help would be appreciated. I am currently writing an assignment on oganisational culture and plan to send out some questionnaires in order that i can benchmark the percieved culture at my place of work.

Has anyone got any ideas on what kinds of questions I will need to ask? If anyone has a sample questionnaire that I could adapt or has worked on a similar project I would be particularly interested in hearing from you.
