My daughter has a part time job working for a local call centre, She has been off sick for 5 shifts (3 hrs per shift) over the past 5 months and has now been given a letter to sign saying that her high rate of absenteeism is not accepted by the company,and this letter will stay in her file for 12 months. Any further days off ill will result in formal notification. Is this seen as harrasment and intimidation to frighten her. She is 18.
