Our business is currently going through rapid growth, and as such we need to ensure that our systems with regards to pay grades are fair and equitable.
I would be grateful if you can forward me any systems, formulas, models or just general guiding principles that relate to re-grading.
I would be particularly interested where pay rates are linked to skills or competencies.
