I understand a member of our management team is looking into setting up his own business outside of work. Whether or not the business would compete in the same marketplace is debatable, but my primary concern is that it will distract him (time & focus) and will therefore impact negatively on our success. His statement of particulars states that he needs permission, but that this will not be unreasonably witheld. What can I do?
