Hi

I ran a recruitment interviewing skills course yesterday and we were discussing the types of questions that interviewers can ask and which potentially are discriminatory. One of the participants asked about the wording on a job advert saying something like "at least 5 years experience required in process flow technology". I think this might fall foul of age discrimination law (it excludes some people because of their age). What do you think?
