Presentation at Interview

Please can anyone offer advice. I have been invited for a job interview and asked to present for five minutes on: Why I am suitable for the post?

The application form was 15 pages long as there were many Essential Criteria to meet …unless all of these were met there would not have been an interview offer.

Would it be best to highlight examples of "the Essential Criteria I meet" or talk about personal qualities/examples?

Or maybe even extra experience not required on the application form.
