We are a trade association/not for profit organisation and have limited funds.
We currently pay on a bonus system which relates to overall profit, plus an annual cost of living increase.
We have found this year that we were unable to provide a bonus and are looking for new ways of providing a performance related pay scheme. Cost of living increase was 2%.
