I’ve just started with a new company, and the recruitment strategy seems to be to contact every agency under the sun to recruit.
Although I see the benefit in doing this (most jobs are fairly specialised), I’m wondering whether there would be any benefit in putting together a PSL of agencies.

Has anyone got any experience of the benefits of having a PSL? Does it restrict the quality of candidates?

Does anyone have any advice on how to set up a PSL and the types of negotiations / discussion points I should be using?
