I have a prosective employee who has asked to see all our “rules and protocal” before she confirms whether she will be accepting the position.
Do I have to furnish her with a copy of our HR & Care policies (exstensive!)? These are availiabe to existing employees at our head office and on our individual units, but we don’t issue them prior to commencement of employment. Basic Terms and Conditions of employment are laid out in her offer letter and contract.
