Due to a company reorg, we have a number of management vacancies. We are intitialy looking at internal candidates to fill these roles. While we are satisfied that each candidate has the technical and business skills for the role, we need a means of assessing their People Management skills. Does anyone know of an effective test that we can use during the interview process that will help assess a candidates management skills?
