I have been tasked to research the value obtained from using external recruitment consultantcies within my company. As a national charity most recruitment has been conducted at a local level with direct report line managers having the responsibility and added pressure for all issues relating to junior and senior appointments. I would like you to share with me your experiences, likes and dislikes of dealing with recruitment consultancies.
