We may have to make redundancies due to cut back and slowing of business in our UK branch. We have 2 memebers of staff who have been here less then 1 year and I just wanted to know what happens if we have to lose these 2 then business picks up in 3, 6 or 9 months, are we allowed to employ for that role again??

Is that against the law?
