We have recently made a senior member of our team, who has a six month notice period, redundant. We are paying the first 3 months notice period as usual at the end of each month and the remaining 3 months in a lump sum at the end of month 3. They are no longer physically working for the company and not returning to the office but their official letter states they will leave end May (I suppose this could be classed as gardening leave). Can we delete theif name from group company email as they are officially still in office till end May?
