Not being a HR profesional i have questions relating to redundancys and would appreciate if some one could advise me.
If a company does not withdraw a redundancy notice are the staff still held to it? Is there any set time period between the first lot of redundancys and the next? ie can they make 10 staff redundant one week and 20 staff the month later?
