Does anyone have any policies on redundancy/early retirement they would be willing to share.

We are needing to restructure the business and need to look at redundancies. Does anyone have any experience of having to look at redundancies where they affected a particular area or areas and where possibly voluntary early retirement/redundancy was offered. We need to obviously ensure that skills and our ability to continue in business are not affected and therefore there is going to have to be some form of selection, acceptance and refusal.

Has anyone any experience and copies of policies they are willing to share.
