My company is moving offices and potentially relocating up to 200 employees. Eligibility for relocation (and redundancy if choosing to leave) is that the individual must incur an additional 30 minutes travel time from their current home to the new place of work. Does anyone have experience of managing a similar situation – I am imagining that there are going to be many challenges to the 30 minute rule.
In addition, we are implementing a Green Travel policy at the same time. Again, does anyone have experience of implementing such a policy?
