A number of employees have been employed on a contract overseas. As part of the deal their removals and travel for themselves and family was covered at the start of the contract.
Up to now only one employee has returned to the UK due to retirement and their expenses were completely covered.
Now another employee has decided to return to the UK but nolonger work for the company.
Is the employee entitled to any assistance with their removals and fares back to the UK.
