We are currently going through a transition period and have been asked to relocate.

We currently retain recruitment files for all vacancies and have all relevant data in regards to the selection process. But need to destroy those we are not required to keep.

After many hours of reading I am still unsure as to how long by law are we required to retain recruitment and selection information. In regards to any claims that may be made due to unfair selection process.

can anyone help?
