Any HR managers have experience of or need of, setting up a Physiotherapist led, assessment and Rehabilitation programme for pre -work screening, fitness for work, and Industrial / Work Related injuries. After completing a medico-legal training it appears that ‘the system’ is mainly geared to doctor assessments. Is there a need for HR personel to have access to a Physiotherapist led service?
