Reviewing a new training product

We are in the process of creating a brand new training product, aimed specifically at HR Managers, Training Managers and Recruitment Decision makers.

The idea of getting it reviewed is so that we can get some feedback on the product before going into full-scale production.

What is the best way of getting HR buy in on this and indeed is there anyone out there who would be interested in taking part in a review of this type.
